Notice of Public Hearing
Extension of Interim Zoning
The Okanogan County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to take public testimony regarding an ordinance extending the interim zone code adopted on December 22, 2014 in accordance with RCW 36.70.795. It is proposed the interim zone code be extended to June 22, 2016 unless earlier repealed. The public hearing will be conducted on December 21, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. located in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Virginia Grainger Administration Building at 123 5th Ave. North, Okanogan, WA 98840. Verbal testimony will be taken with a time limit of 3 minutes per speaker. Written comments may be submitted at, or prior to, the hearing or may be submitted prior to the hearing. Comments submitted prior to the hearing must be submitted in writing or electronically to Lalena Johns, Clerk of the Board, at 123 5th Ave N Suite 150, Okanogan, WA 98840 or by e-mail at ljohns@co.okanogan.wa.us. Notice of Special Meeting
Okanogan County Regional Planning Commission
The Okanogan County Regional Planning Commission scheduled a special meeting in order to discuss amendments to the Okanogan County Zone Code. This meeting is scheduled for December 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. The Planning Commission shall discuss a proposal by Okanogan County to amend the Zone Code, OCC Title 17. This is not a hearing and public testimony will not be permitted during this meeting. The meeting is located in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Virginia Grainger Administration Building at 123 5th Ave. North, Okanogan, WA 98840.
