Deward B. (Dude) Melton, 71, passed peacefully at home in Twisp on Nov. 10, 2015. Dude was born July 15, 1944, in Seattle and moved to the Methow in 1960.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. He is survived by three brothers, Richard D. (Judy) Melton of SeaTac, Tom E. (Leanna) Melton of Winthrop, and Rusty Melton of Carthage, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews. In honor of Dude’s desire, there will be no service.
