Colleen Braillard
1932–2015

November 30, 2015 by Methow Valley News

Colleen Braillard passed away peacefully at home on Nov. 4, 2015. Colleen was born March 26, 1932, in Twisp, to Ruby and Boyd Eiffert. She attended school there until her marriage to Jack Cramer. She was active in the Catholic church and served her family there.

After Jack’s death, she married Larry Braillard and made a home in Snohomish, and then Coupeville on Whidbey Island. After Larry’s retirement, they moved to Swan Lake and built her dream home with a beautiful view of the lake. In 2009, she suffered a stroke which left her with weakness on the left side of her body.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Braillard; sister Lynn (Arlin) Bates of South Dakota and stepsister Cheryl Egland of Twisp; brother Rick Eiffert of Spokane; sons John (Carrie) Cramer of Twisp and Ron (Shannon) Cramer of Winthrop; and daughters Cindy (Monte) Love of Swan Lake and Diana Cramer of Swan Lake. She is a grandmother to 21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all.
