W. 1531.2 feet; thence S. 56 deg. 15 min. E. 132 feet; thence S. 36 deg. 30 min. W. 330 feet; thence S. 56 deg. 15 min. E. 124.4 feet; thence N. 36 deg. 30 min. E. 1878.2 feet to the Northeasterly boundary of said H.E.S. No. 114; thence N. 60 deg. 01 min. W. 258.2 feet to the point of beginning; being the Northwesterly 11 acres of H.E.S. No. 114, except a one acre tract in the Westernmost corner thereof. Situated in Okanogan County, State of Washington.

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Twisp, WA will be holding a public hearing regarding the 2016 Final Budget. The hearing shall be December 8, 2015 at 5:00 pm in the Council Chambers of Twisp Town Hall, 118 S. Glover Street, Twisp WA. The preliminary budget will be filed with the Clerk’s Office and will be available to the public upon request prior to this hearing. NOTICE OF PETITION FOR EXCLUSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for exclusion of land has been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District (MVID). The name of the petitioner and the land description, identified by the Okanogan County Assessor’s parcel number, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID without a water right, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, are as follows:

All persons interested in or who may be affected by the change of the boundaries of the District are to appear at the Regular Meeting of the MVID on the 14th day of December, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the River Bank Office, 206 Glover Street, in Twisp, WA to show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change of the boundaries of the District, as proposed in the petition, should not be made. The failure of any person interested in said District to show cause in writing why the tract of land mentioned in said petition should not be excluded from the MVID shall be deemed and taken as an assent to such exclusion.

Notice to file declaration of candidacy. Notice is hereby given that an election of the Wolf Creek Reclamation district will be held January 9, 2016 for the purpose of electing one (1) member to the board of directors for a term of three (3) years. Any legal district landowner interested in becoming a candidate must be sponsored by ten (10) qualified electors of the district whose signature appear on a petition which shows their intention of becoming a candidate for the position of director. Petition blanks may be obtained from the district secretary. These signed petitions must be filed with the secretary of said district no later than midnight January 2, 2016 in order that the candidate’s name appears on the ballot. Should the secretary receive only one signed petition for director under the amended State Irrigation Statute 87.03.075 and no election is necessary.

In accordance with RCW 39.04.190 and RCW 39.04.155 and as authorized by the Board of Directors, Wolf Creek Reclamation District is now accepting applications for its 2016 Vendor List and Small Works Roster. The Vendor List will cover purchase of materials, supplies and equipment estimated to cost between $40,000.00 and $50,000.00. The small works roster will cover projects estimated to cost $100,000.00 or less.

Notice is hereby given that the Three Rivers Hospital Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on November 30, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in the Commons area of the Hillcrest Administration Building, 415 Hospital Way, Brewster WA 98812. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing for the 2016 draft budget and consider two property tax resolutions. No other action will be taken.
