ALVA R. SHARP, and the unknown successors and/or heirs of ALVA R. SHARP, if deceased, and also all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the Complaint herein, YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to-wit, within sixty (60) days after the 21st day of October, 2015, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled Court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff above described, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff, Mary E. (Bess) Derting, at her office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. The object of this action to quiet title against certain real property in Okanogan County, Washington, to-wit:
That portion of Homestead Entry Survey No. 114, situated in Section 26, Township 36 North, Range 19 E.W.M., bounded and described as follows: Commencing at Corner No. 11 of said Homestead Entry Survey No. 114 and running thence S. 36 degrees 30 min. W. 1531.2 feet; thence S. 56 deg. 15 min. E. 132 feet; thence S. 36 deg. 30 min. W. 330 feet; thence S. 56 deg. 15 min. E. 124.4 feet; thence N. 36 deg. 30 min. E. 1878.2 feet to the Northeasterly boundary of said H.E.S. No. 114; thence N. 60 deg. 01 min. W. 258.2 feet to the point of beginning; being the Northwesterly 11 acres of H.E.S. No. 114, except a one acre tract in the Westernmost corner thereof. Situated in Okanogan County, State of Washington.
EXCEPT a portion of H.E.S. No. 114 in approximately Section 25 Township 36 North, Range 19 E.W.M., described as follows: Commencing at corner No. 12 of said H.E.S. No. 114 run thence S. 56 degrees 15 E 129.1 feet to the true point of beginning; thence proceeding S 56 degrees 15 E 129.1 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the left run 654 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the left run 129.1 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the left run 654 feet, more or less to the true point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPT, a part of that certain H.E. Survey No. 114, embracing a portion of Section 30, Township 36 North, Range 20 E.W.M., and of Section 25, Township 36 North, Range 19, E.W.M., and H.E. Survey No. 114 being more particularly described by metes and bounds in Book “I” of Patents, at page 149, records of the Auditor of Okanogan County, Washington, which part is described as follows: Beginning at Corner No. 12 of said H.E. Survey No. 114 and run thence South 56 degrees 15’ East along the southerly boundary line thereof a distance of 129 feet; thence N. 36 degrees 30’ East a distance of 433.2 feet; thence N. 56 degrees 15’ West a distance of 129 feet; thence S. 36 degrees 30’ West along the West boundary line a distance of 433.2 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO EXCEPT, a part of that certain Homestead Entry Survey No. 114, embracing a portion of Section 30, Township 36 North, Range 20 E.W.M., and of Section 25, Township 36 North, Range 19 E.W.M., and Homestead Entry Survey No. 114 being more particularly described by metes and bounds in Book “I” of Patents, page 149, records of the Auditor of Okanogan County, Washington, which part is described as follows: Beginning at Corner No. 12 of said Homestead Entry Survey No. 114; thence N. 36 degrees 30’ East a distance of 433.2 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S. 56 degrees 15’ E 129.1 feet; thence North 36 degrees 30’ E. 228 feet more or less to the Southwest line of property conveyed to Harold L. OKANOGAN COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 6 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Commissioners of Okanogan County Fire Protection District No. 6 will hold a public hearing to consider the 2016 budget for Okanogan County Fire Protection District Number 6.
The hearing will be held a special meeting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday , November 18th, 2015, at the Twisp Fire Hall, 434 West 2nd Avenue, Twisp, WA. All interested persons are invited to attend. OCFPD #6 By: Brian Colin, Secretary.

2016 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Winthrop, Washington, has prepared the Town Budget for fiscal year 2016. Public hearing upon said budget will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the hour of 6:05 p.m. in the back room (Hen House) of the Winthrop Barn, 51 SR20.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written comments must be received by the time of hearing in order to be considered. All persons requiring assistance in accessing the Winthrop Barn are requested to contact Town Hall at 996-2320 at least one day prior to the hearing.
Said proposed budget will be on file on November 6, 2015 in the office of the Town Clerk, 206 Riverside Avenue, and may be examined there during regular business hours or can be mailed upon request by calling Town Hall at (509)996-2320. The Three Rivers Hospital Board of Commissioners will hold a special board meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is strategic planning and will be held in the Okanogan Douglas County Fire District 15 Station, 191 Industrial Way, Pateros, Washington. Board members and senior hospital staff will be participating.
