Jubal passed peacefully in his sleep on Oct. 25, 2015, following a stunningly brief and valiantly fought battle with gall bladder cancer.
He was born to Lee and Linda Wilson in Omak on April 6, 1959, and grew up in the Methow Valley, where he met and married his adoring wife of 36 years, Stacy (Norton) Wilson.
Jubal was a very wise, loving and honorable man who touched countless lives in his 25 years as a paramedic, and will forever be loved and missed by all those fortunate enough to have known him.
He was predeceased by his father, Lee Wilson, and leaves behind wife, Stacy, sons Andrew, Alexander and Tanner Wilson, his deeply beloved mother Linda Wilson, sister Julie Organ, aunt Mary Alexander, as well as his loving family by marriage, Jim and Karen Norton, Fred Scaife, Sally Smith, and Jon Norton, along with a large extended family. Jubal was a man of strong conviction who unfailingly lived his life with honor, integrity, grace and purpose. He left this world without a “bucket list” — he had successfully lived it. Sail on, Captain … until we meet again.
His family plans a celebration of his life to be announced at a later date.
