The Methow Valley News will have early publication deadlines for the issues of Nov. 11 and Nov. 25.
All advertising and news items must be submitted by Friday, Nov. 6, for the Nov. 11 issue.
Materials must be submitted by Friday, Nov. 20, for the Nov. 25 issue.
The paper will be printed early for the Nov. 11 issue because that is Veterans Day, and post offices will be closed. The paper will be mailed on Tuesday that week so it will arrive at local homes and post office boxes by Thursday, Nov. 12. The newspaper will be available in our office on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
The Okanogan County Public Utility District has scheduled a planned, valley-wide power outage on Nov. 11 from 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. to make powerline repairs. The Methow Valley News office won’t be open for business that day.
The Nov. 25 issue will be printed early so that it will arrive at local homes and post office boxes on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. There is no mail delivery on Thanksgiving Day. The newspaper will be available in our office on Tuesday, Nov. 24.
