Okanogan County Superior Court

The court found probable cause to charge Mikeal Ryan Tomatich, 29, of Twisp, with first-degree Theft, Theft of a Firearm, and Possessing a Stolen Firearm. Bail was set at $15,000.00.
Lee Roy Bristol, 39, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was sentenced to four months and fined a total of $600.00.
Okanogan County District Court
Dustin David Blackburn, 37, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to two counts of Displaying a Weapon and second-degree Criminal Trespassing. On count one, he was sentenced to 364 days with 360 suspended, and on count three he was sentenced to 90 days with 88 days suspended. He was fined a total of $1,216.00.
