A resident of the community of Methow was hospitalized today (Sept. 11) after a one-car accident on U.S. Highway 97 in Pateros. The Washington State Patrol said that Dale A. Zahn, 62, ws driving northbound at about 8:40 a.m. when he suffered what the report described as a medical condition and passed out. His car crossed the highway and came to rest in a ditch, the State Patrol said. Zahn was transported to Three Rivers Hospital in Brewster, according to the report.
