Bluebird Grain Farms celebrates with paella feast

Bluebird Grain Farms will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a paella feast on Sept. 6 at TwispWorks, beginning at 5 p.m.

Farro paella will be prepared over wood fire pits. Guest chef and James Beard Award winner John Sundstrom of Lark Restaurant in Seattle will be overseeing the paella; the meal will be prepared by Cameron Green Catering. Methow Made food and beverage products will be featured, and a portion from each ticket sale will be donated to the Methow Made program. Beverages will include Lost River wines, beer from Methow Brewing Company, and cider from Six Knot and Methow Valley Cider House. Local fiddle musicians will provide entertainment.

Cost is $45 for adults and $25 for children. Tickets are available at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/1691690.
