NOTICE OF PETITIONS FOR EXCLUSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that petitions for exclusion of land have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District. The names of the petitioners and the land descriptions, identified by the Okanogan County Assessor’s parcel numbers, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID without water rights, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, are as follows:

All persons interested in or who may be affected by the change of the boundaries of the District are to appear at the Regular Meeting of the MVID on the 10th day of August, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the River Bank Office, 206 Glover Street, in Twisp, WA to show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change of the boundaries of the District, as proposed in the petitions, should not be made. The failure of any person interested in said District to show cause in writing why the tracts of land mentioned in said petitions should not be excluded from the MVID shall be deemed and taken as an assent to such exclusion.

Notice of Application and Public Hearing
An application for a Variance has been submitted in order to permit two existing RV Covers that do not meet requirements for property line setbacks. The first RV cover is requesting a 40’ setback from the northern property line and a 20’ setback from the southern property line. The second RV cover is requesting a 35’ setback from the northern property line and a 30’ setback from the southern property line; a 50-foot property line setback is required in accordance with OCC Title 17 “Zoning”. This property is located at 4 River Bend Drive, Winthrop on tax parcel number 4680170000. Written comments will be accepted prior to the hearing or may be presented at the public hearing. The Okanogan County Hearings Examiner shall conduct a public hearing for this application on August 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., located in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Virginia Grainger Administration Building at 123 5th Ave. North, Okanogan, WA 98840.
