Elizabeth Duncan, former resident of the Methow Valley, was born Oct. 6, 1924, and passed away on May 31, 2015, in Tucson, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Fletcher, and her brother Charles Duncan of Okanogan. She is survived by John Broussard, Mary Rose, and Ruth Starks (Fletcher), all of Tucson; Ian Broussard of Boulder, Colorado; Jack Broussard of Bellingham; and Paul Fletcher of Redmond, Oregon; as well as 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
