NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for exclusion of land has been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District. The name of the petitioner, together with the land description identified by the Okanogan County Assessor parcel number, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID without a water right, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, is as follows:

The failure of any person interested in said District to show cause in writing why the tract of land mentioned in said petition should not be excluded from the MVID shall be deemed and taken as an assent to such exclusion.

Application & Threshold SEPA Determination
An application has been submitted in order to rezone a portion of Commercial Tract B of Chechaquo Ranch PUD in order to accommodate future development including but not limited to retail, tourist-residential units, a parking area expected to accommodate the Methow public trail system, and various other associated activities. The property is 4.11 acres and fronts both Goat Creek Road and Country Road, all within the community of Mazama, WA. Tax parcel numbers include: 3620300024, 6540000102, 6540000104, 6540000105, 6540000106, 6540000200, 8809400301, 8809400401. Project comments must be submitted in writing or attend the public hearing. The public hearing for this project is not yet scheduled. Project comments and SEPA comments will be reviewed separately. SEPA Comments must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 pm June 10, 2015. According to Washington State Environmental Policy Act regulations, Okanogan County Planning and Development issued an environmental determination of non-significance (DNS). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Richard Diseth of Wenatchee, Washington has submitted an application for the alteration of the Diseth Short Plat No. SP13-01to the Town of Twisp. The proposal entails division of Lot 2 of the Diseth Short Plat into two lots, the new Lot 2 being 1.3 acres and Lot 3 being 4.18 acres. Okanogan County Regional Shoreline Master Program
Notice is hereby given the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing scheduled on June 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. to consider adopting the revised Okanogan County Regional Shoreline Master Program. If adopted the proposed Regional Shoreline Master program will be forwarded to the Department of Ecology for additional public review and adoption on a schedule yet to be determined.
The hearing will be conducted in the Commissioners Hearing Room in the Virginia
Grainger Building at 123 5th Ave North, Okanogan WA 98840.Verbal testimony will be accepted with each speaker restricted to 3 minutes. You may not assign your time to another party.
