LEGAL NOTICE

SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR OKANOGAN COUNTY Estate of KAREN FLAGG, Deceased. No. 15-4-00030-5 PROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS RCW 11.40.020, .030. Craig Tanguy has been appointed as personal representative (“personal representative”) of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) 30 days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. If the claim is not presented within this time frame, the claim is forever barred, except as otherwise provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. METHOW VALLEY IRRIGATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PETITION FOR EXCLUSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that petitions for exclusion of land have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District. The name of the petitioners, together with the land descriptions identified by the Okanogan County Assessor parcel numbers, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID without a water right, in Okanogan County, State of Washington, are as follows:

All persons interested in or that may be affected by the change of the boundaries of the District are to appear at the Regular Meeting of the MVID on the 11th day of May, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the River Bank Office in Twisp, WA to show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change of the boundaries of the District, as proposed in the petition, should not be made.  The failure of any person interested in said District to show cause in writing why the tracts of land mentioned in said petition should not be excluded from the MVID shall be deemed and taken as an assent to such exclusion.
