The answer is: yes, still time to register for Trivia Night

April 16, 2015 by Methow Valley News

Registration closes next Tuesday (April 21) for Trivia Night, an evening of friendly mental competition to benefit Public School Funding Alliance that will take place on April 27.

Four-person teams compete in three rounds of written questions covering a wide range of topics including pop culture, literature, geography, sports, history, math, science, art, music, and even Methow Valley history.

The two highest-scoring teams win the privilege of competing against Liberty Bell High School’s Knowledge Bowl team in a fast-paced oral round. Trophies and awards will be presented to the top two community teams.

Registration fees are $120 for teams of four, which includes a pasta dinner and a free beverage for each team member.

Spectators are welcome with a $20 donation at the door, which includes dinner and answer forms to play along during the competition. A cash bar will be available.

Doors open at 5 p.m. for socializing and dinner. The competition begins at 6 p.m.

Registration fees are $120 for teams of four until April 21. Late registration ($150 per team) is available until noon on April 25.

Register online at the Public School Funding Alliance website: www.methowvalleypsfa.org. Credit cards are accepted, or teams can register online and mail a check. For more information, email info@methowvalleypsfa.org or call (509) 341-4664.
