Motorists traveling over Loup Loup Pass (Highway 20 between Twisp and Okanogan) can expect short delays next week as Washington State Department of Transportation crews clean ditches and complete other drainage work. Flaggers will control traffic from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Thursday (April 13-16).
