March 31

FIRE: A wildland fire was reported on Goat Creek Road.

April 1

THREAT: Caller on Highway 153, Twisp, reported that a man at the caller’s residence was intoxicated and threatening to kill the caller’s brother.

April 4

ILLEGAL BURNING: Caller on Stagecoach Road, Carlton, reported that a neighbor had started a controlled burn and then left it unattended.

STRAY ANIMALS: Caller on Highway 153, Twisp, reported that three steers broke out of a pasture and were headed toward the highway.

April 5

BURGLARY ALARM: A burglary alarm was reported on Benson Creek Drive, Twisp.

April 2

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUM-STANCES: An officer checked out a person slumped over in their vehicle in a parking lot on Highway 20 in Winthrop.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUM-STANCES: Suspicious activities were reported on Canyon Street.

FOUND PROPERTY: Found property was reported in the Twisp area.

VEHICLE PROWL: Someone was seen on East Second Avenue, apparently prowling around a vehicle. The person fled on foot when confronted.

March 30

THEFT: A theft was reported on Highway 20.

April 4

INTOXICATION: An intoxicated person was contacted on Riverside Avenue.

Okanogan County District Court

Anthony Joseph Reggiatore, 26, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to first-degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 364 days with 354 suspended and fined a total of $1,058.

Jacob R. G. Nanamkin, 24, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $618.

Thomas Anthony Henson, 68, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to Violation of Burning Permit. He was sentenced to 45 days with 45 suspended and fined a total of $718.

Brandon Matthew Herz, 28, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to second-degree Vehicle Prowl, third-degree Theft and Violation of a No Contact Order. He was sentenced to 364 days with 359 suspended on counts one and two and 364 days with 352 suspended on count three. He was also fined a total of $1,966.
