THE DECEDENT’S TRUST CREATED UNDER THE FODOR FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, U/A/D APRIL 15, 2002, Plaintiff, vs. HANNAH MORRILL WORTHEN, as her separate estate, and DAVID JONES, a bachelor, and the heirs and devises of HANNAH MORRILL WORTHEN, deceased, and the heirs and devises of DAVID JONES, if he is deceased; and all persons claiming by and through them and ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE FILED COMPLAINT HEREIN, Defendants.
THE STATE OF WASHINGTON TO said Defendants:
EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after December 24, 2014, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled Court, and answer the Amended Complaint of the Plaintiff and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff, David Ebenger, at his address below stated; and in the case of your failure so to do, Judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Amended Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
The object of this action is to quiet title to real property in the name of the Plaintiff as described in the Amended Complaint for Damages and to Quiet Title or in the Alternative for Adverse Possession filed herein.

Notice of Public Hearing
OKANOGAN COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on February 2, 2015 to take additional public testimony regarding Resolution 119-2014 which adopted the Okanogan County Comprehensive Plan of 2014. In response to public comments received the Commissioners adopted a motion to reconsider on January 5, 2015 placing the matter of the comprehensive plan adoption back before them.
The public hearing will be conducted on February 2, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium in the Virginia Grainger Building in Okanogan, Wa. Verbal testimony will be taken with a time limit of 3 minutes per speaker. Written comments may be submitted at the hearing. Written comments will be accepted prior to the hearing and may be submitted in writing or electronically to Lalena Johns, Clerk of the Board, at 123 5th Ave N Ste 150, Okanogan, WA 98840 or at ljohns@co.okanogan.wa.us.
