Dec. 18

TRAFFIC OFFENSE: Caller reported a pickup truck doing “donuts” at a location on Evans Road, Winthrop.

Dec. 19

REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE: A law enforcement officer’s presence was requested to help caller check on welfare of children at a location on Star Flower Road, Winthrop.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Caller reported that firewood may have been stolen from a location on Twisp River Road.

Dec. 20

DISABLED VEHICLE: A disabled vehicle was reported on Highway 20, Winthrop.

NON-INJURY ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident was reported on Patterson Lake Road, Winthrop.

NON-INJURY ACCIDENT: Another non-injury accident was reported on Patterson Lake Road, Winthrop.

POWER LINE DOWN: A downed power line was reported on East Methow Valley Highway, Twisp, and the lines were near fuel pumps.

FOUND CHILD: A 3-year-old child who apparently was alone was being taken care of by a deputy.

VEHICLE FIRE: A vehicle was reported to be on fire on Twisp-Winthrop Eastside Road.

Dec. 24

NON-INJURY ACCIDENT: A non-injury accident was reported at Wandling Road and Twin Lakes Road, Winthrop.

Dec. 19

JUVENILE PROBLEM: It was reported that a young boy was throwing snowballs at a residence on Magers Street and had been doing it for about 30 minutes.

RECKLESS DRIVER: A reckless driver was reported on North Methow Valley Highway.

Dec. 23

INJURED ANIMAL: An injured deer was reported on Highway 20.

Winthrop Marshal’s Office

Dec. 20

CIVIL ISSUE: A civil matter was handled on Riverside Avenue.

ALCOHOL OFFENSE: A person was reported to be outside a location on Riverside Avenue with an open container.

BURGLARY ALARM: A burglary alarm was reported on Highway 20.

Dec. 23

THEFT: A possible theft was reported on Highway 20.

Okanogan County Superior Court

The court found probable cause to charge Nicki Kaylin Windsor, 23, of Twisp, with second-degree Burglary and second-degree Theft. Bail was set at $20,000.
