The Senior Center will be closed on New Year’s Day.
The Thrift Shop is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
We are now closed on Saturdays until next April. We greatly appreciate your donations of “gently used” clothing and household items. The money your donations bring in allows us to pay building expenses and maintain the Senior Center.
The Senior Center is located next to the Methow Valley Community Center on Highway 20 in Twisp . Lunch is served at noon by the Okanogan County Transportation and Nutrition Program on Monday, Thursday and Friday. The suggested donation for lunch is $3.25 for seniors over age 60; the cost is $8 for those under 60. For more information, call 997-7722.
Transportation is available locally for the senior lunch program, and for monthly trips to Omak/Okanogan the second Tuesday of the month and to Wenatchee the third Tuesday of the month. Call the Senior Center at 997-7722 for additional details.

Friday, Jan. 2: Stroganoff, mashed potatoes, green beans, green salad, biscuit, peach cobbler.
Monday, Jan. 5: Chicken cordon bleu, scalloped potatoes, buttered peas, Caesar salad, pears, bread pudding.
Thursday, Jan. 8: Pot roast with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli, tossed green salad, whole wheat rolls, berry cobbler.
Friday, Jan. 9: Country fried steak, twice-baked potatoes, carrot coins, Waldorf salad, whole wheat rolls, brownies.
