THE DECEDENT’S TRUST CREATED UNDER THE FODOR FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, U/A/D APRIL 15, 2002, Plaintiff, vs. HANNAH MORRILL WORTHEN, as her separate estate, and DAVID JONES, a bachelor, and the heirs and devises of HANNAH MORRILL WORTHEN, deceased, and the heirs and devises of DAVID JONES, if he is deceased; and all persons claiming by and through them and ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED IN THE FILED COMPLAINT HEREIN, Defendants.
THE STATE OF WASHINGTON TO said Defendants:
EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after December 24, 2014, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled Court, and answer the Amended Complaint of the Plaintiff and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff, David Ebenger, at his address below stated; and in the case of your failure so to do, Judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Amended Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
The object of this action is to quiet title to real property in the name of the Plaintiff as described in the Amended Complaint for Damages and to Quiet Title or in the Alternative for Adverse Possession filed herein.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TOWN SHOP SHORT PLAT FILE # WIN SP 14-1 TAX PARCEL #3421020195 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Town of Winthrop, PO Box 459, Winthrop, WA 98862, has submitted an application for a four lot short plat. Proposed lot sizes are as follows: Lot 1 – 12,238 square feet; lot 2 – 8,913 square feet, lot 3 – 5,959 square feet; and lot 4 – 5,990 square feet. Lot 1 houses the Aero Methow ambulance shed. The Town shop occupies the other three proposed lots, which will not be buildable until the building is removed. The applicant proposes to utilize town water and sewer service; access to lots 1 and 2 will be from Bluff Street and access to lots 3 and 4 will be from Corral Street. The property is located in the Business 1 zone, at the intersection of Bluff Street and Corral Street, in the south half of the northwest quarter of Section 2, Township 34, Range 21, Town of Winthrop.

TOWN OF TWISP Notice of Application NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Saul Labanaukas and Traci Day of Twisp, Washington have submitted applications for two, two lot Short Plats to the Town of Twisp. The proposals entail division Lots 1 and 2 of the Labanaukas Short Plat, parcel numbers 8843900100 and 8843900200. The proposed short plats are located at 908 and 914 Marble Street respectively within the Town of Twisp, within Section 17, Township 33 N., Range 22 E.W.M.
