Sign up for Manger Mall, Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Thursday (Dec. 4) is the last day to register for the Manger Mall gift drive, and Dec. 11 is the last day to register for Neighbors Helping Neighbors food baskets. Register for both at The Cove in Twisp from 1 – 4 p.m.
New, unwrapped gifts for children ages infant to 18 can be delivered to the Carlton and Mazama stores, Ulrich’s Pharmacy, North Cascades Bank and Mick & Miki’s Red Cedar Bar in Twisp, and Winthrop Physical Therapy & Fitness.
Non-perishable food is being collected at all Methow Valley schools, Hank’s Harvest Foods in Twisp, Evergreen IGA in Winthrop, and at the Carlton and Mazama stores.

Community Foundation grant for Manger Mall
The Community Foundation of North Central Washington has awarded a $2,000 grant to the Manger Mall program to purchase toys and gifts for Methow Valley families and their children who are in need during the holidays. The grant was among a total of $91,700 distributed to nonprofits in the region by the Community Foundation as part of its Regional Impact Grant program, which supports charitable programs that help create a better quality of life in North Central Washington.
