More help for fire victims

November 20, 2014 by Methow Valley News

Methow Valley residents who have unmet needs as a result of the Carlton Complex Fire are invited to meet with representatives of World Renew at The Cove II, 209 Third Ave. in Twisp, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.

Also known as “The Green Shirts,” World Renew is hosting a walk-in center this week to identify and assess unmet needs so that disaster relief organizations can develop funding requests to help with recovery after the summer’s wildfires and floods.

Residents can make appointments to meet with World Renew representatives through the local disaster case manager at Room One, 997-2050.
