TAKE NOTICE: That the US Forest Service, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest on May 2, 2012, submitted Application No. S4-33064 to appropriate public waters, subject to existing rights, from the Chewuch River at the rate of 4.6 cfs each year, for the purpose of fish propagation. The Forest Service proposes to use water non-consumptively in a fish acclimation pond and return it back to the river at a point immediately downstream. That the source of the proposed appropriation is located within the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 25, Township 6 N., Range 21 E.W.M., Okanogan County, Washington. Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections. All letters of protest will become public record. Cash shall not be accepted.
