The case will be heard by Okanogan County Superior Court Judge Henry Rawson on Nov. 17 at 3:30 p.m. It had previously been scheduled for Thursday (Oct. 30) before Superior Court Judge Christopher Culp, but was changed when Culp recused himself, according to a spokesperson for MVCC.
