THURSDAY, SEPT. 18: Hawaiian chicken, rice, glazed carrots, spring salad, whole wheat roll, cookies.

 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 19: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, corn, four-bean salad, peaches, whole wheat roll, frosted cake.

 

MONDAY, SEPT. 22: Baked pork chops; mashed red potatoes; broccoli and cauliflower; green salad, applesauce, whole wheat bread, pudding.

 

THURSDAY, SEPT. 25: Chicken parmesan, bow-tie pasta, peas, Caesar salad, pears, garlic bread, Jell-O whip.

 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 26: Hamburger steak, mashed garlic potatoes, spinach, beets, mixed fruit, whole wheat roll, brownie.

 

Notes

 

If you are a fire victim and in need of clothing and household goods, come in to the Rummage Room and get what you need. We also have lots of winter clothing that we have been saving for our sale and we will make it available to you at no charge.

 

The senior center is located next to the Methow Valley Community Center on Highway 20 in Twisp. Lunch is served at noon by the Okanogan County Transportation and Nutrition Program on Monday, Thursday and Friday. The suggested donation for lunch is $3.25 for seniors over age 60; the cost is $8 for those under 60. For more information, call 997-7722.
