FINAL DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE PROPOSED REVISIONS TO OKANOGAN COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan County Department of Planning & Development has prepared proposed revisions to the Okanogan County Comprehensive Plan and an Interim Zone Code for public review. The SEPA Responsible Official has issued a Final Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on this proposal in accordance with WAC 197-11-340(4). This decision may be appealed by parties with standing in accordance with Okanogan County Code 14.04.220. To be considered timely the appeal must be filed in writing including the $300.00 appeal fee. The appeal must be received or postmarked by October 2, 2014 to the Office of Hearing Examiner, Okanogan County Planning at the address listed below. The Town of Twisp is hereby providing notice of action regarding approval of the Reid Short Plat File No. TWP SP 14-03 consisting of three lots (27,970.92, 34,754.03 sq ft, 26,067.81 sq ft) located off May Street. Approval of the short plat is a Type I permit process in accordance with Chapter 14.05 TMC. Approval of TWP SP 14-03 was granted on September 9, 2014 upon fulfillment of conditions required for approval. Said Short Plat conforms to the requirements of TMC Chapter Title 17.15 and Title 18 Land Use Regulations.
