FINAL DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE PROPOSED REVISIONS TO OKANOGAN COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan County Department of Planning & Development has prepared proposed revisions to the Okanogan County Comprehensive Plan and an Interim Zone Code for public review. The SEPA Responsible Official has issued a Final Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on this proposal in accordance with WAC 197-11-340(4). This decision may be appealed by parties with standing in accordance with Okanogan County Code 14.04.220. To be considered timely the appeal must be filed in writing including the $300.00 appeal fee.
