MONDAY, SEPT. 1: Labor Day, no lunch program.
THURSDAY, SEPT. 4: Blood pressure checks at 11 a.m.
FRIDAY, SEPT. 5: Dance day featuring Bill Hottell and his ragtime band.
MONDAY, SEPT. 8: Bingo after lunch.
THURSDAY, SEPT. 18: Bingo after lunch.
FRIDAY, SEPT 19: Birthday cake day.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 27: Winter Sale, 9 a.m. – 1p.m.
MONDAY, SEPT. 29: Gift basket drawing after lunch.
The senior center is located in the Methow Valley Community Center on Highway 20 in Twisp. It is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for nutrition. The rummage room is open from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., and from 9 a.m. – noon during the farmers market season. For more information, call 997-7722.

THURSDAY, AUG. 28: Hot turkey sandwich with stuffing, green beans, green salad, mixed fruit, ice cream.
FRIDAY, AUG. 29: Tuna melt on English muffin, carrots, coleslaw, pears, blueberry shortcake.
MONDAY, SEPT. 1: Closed for Labor Day.
THURSDAY, SEPT. 4: Barbecue chicken, four-bean salad, Caesar salad, fruit salad, corn bread, cookies.
FRIDAY, SEPT. 5: Salisbury steak with onions, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, spring salad, Waldorf salad, whole wheat roll, lemon cake.
Meals are at noon in the Methow Valley Senior Center on Highway 20 in Twisp. The suggested donation is $3.25 for seniors over age 60; cost is $8 for those under 60. For more information, call 997-7722.
