Myrtle E. (McDaniel) Anderson was born April 28, 1929, in Arkansas City, Kansas, to Ernest L. and Thurma J. McDaniel, and passed away on July 25, 2014, at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Myrtle graduated from Sultan High School and belonged to the Pricilla Club in Twisp, where she has been a resident for 22 years. She married Richard C. Anderson on Dec. 18, 1949, in Index, Washington. She is survived by her husband, Richard C. Anderson, son Richard D. Anderson of Winthrop, daughter Susan E. (Larry) Kellogg of Dryden, Washington, brother Ernest (Marie) McDaniel Jr. of Yelm, Washington, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
