Hazel Alvina Mally was born March 10, 1918, and went home to be with her Lord on Aug. 7, 2014.
Hazel led a blessed life as an artist, gardener, mother, wife, grandmother and friend. She lived her dream loving nature, being around horses and enjoying the mountains in Mazama. Hazel and Frank, her husband of 65 years, were a blessing and blessed as members of the Mazama Community Church. Hazel will be missed by all the people whose lives she touched.
Hazel is survived by her husband, Frank; sister Helen Schwartz; brother John Page; daughters Vicki Mally and Judy Burkhart; son-in-law Aaron Burkhart; grandson Jacob Burkhart; and great-grandchildren Aimee Adkins, and Carson and Jace Burkhart.
A memorial service will be on Sept. 27, 2014, at the Mazama Community Church at 2 p.m. with a potluck meal to follow.
