Sisters on the Fly, a nationwide outdoor adventure club for women, will return to Pine Near RV Park in Winthrop this weekend for another “Winthrop, Wine and Western Women” celebration.
The group was formed in 1999 and now has more than 4,000 members, according to its website, www.sistersonthefly.com. Its mission statement is, “Offering empowerment and sisterhood through exceptional outdoor adventures.”
Some club members will be towing vintage travel trailers. Events for the group are scheduled throughout the valley for Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 27-29). For information, call Pine Near at (509) 341-4062.
