Liebl awarded scholarship June 19, 2014 by Methow Valley News Heidi Liebl of Winthrop has been awarded a $500 scholarship to study nursing at Wenatchee Valley College/Omak, through the Omak Foundation. The foundation awarded nine scholarships totaling $5,000.
