The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission will hold its regular meeting in Winthrop on May 29 at Sun Mountain Lodge. The commissioners’ meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and is scheduled to end at 5 p.m.

The commission meets six times a year at various locations around the state.

There will be a time for public comment at the commission meeting. For a full agenda, go to www.parks.wa.gov/agency/commissionmeetings/.

A commission work session is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 28, also at Sun Mountain. Work sessions are open to the public; however the commission hears no public testimony and takes no formal action at work sessions.

For more information, call (360) 902-8562.
