LBHS student wins writing award

Liberty Bell High School student Ella Hall has been awarded an honorable mention in the high school fiction competition sponsored by Write on the River.

Hall was cited for her story, “When the Snow Fell.”

Write On The River is a nonprofit organization that fosters the writing arts in North Central Washington. Its annual writers’ competition is a statewide contest sponsored by Alcoa. Winners will be recognized at the Write on The River Writers’ Conference during the welcome event on Saturday (May 17).
