Teri Lynn MacGill has been appointed as personal representative (“personal representative”) of this estate. Any person having a claim against the decedent must, before the time the claim would be barred by any otherwise applicable statute of limitations, present the claim in the manner as provided in RCW 11.40.070 by serving on or mailing to the personal representative or the personal representative’s attorney at the address stated below a copy of the claim and filing the original of the claim with the court in which the probate proceedings were commenced. The claim must be presented within the later of: (1) 30 days after the personal representative served or mailed the notice to the creditor as provided under RCW 11.40.020(1)(c); or (2) four months after the date of first publication of the notice. Notice of Public Hearing. Notice is hereby given that the Winthrop Town Council will hold an open record public hearing on May 21, 2014 at 7:10 PM at the Winthrop Barn to consider amending Winthrop Municipal Code Title 17, Zoning with regards to marijuana retail. Under existing code, marijuana retail may be permitted in the B-2 and B-3 zones outside of buffers established by state rules. This hearing is being held to consider the appropriate zones for marijuana retail.
The hearing will be conducted in accord with Winthrop Municipal Code Chapter 19.10. Any person desiring to present written or oral testimony may do so at the hearing. Written comments may be submitted in advance of the hearing to Winthrop Town Hall, 206 Riverside Ave, PO Box 459, Winthrop, WA 98862. Any person requiring assistance to access the hearing venue or requiring other special assistance are urged to contact Town Hall as least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled hearing. WAC 197-11-970 Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS). Description of proposal: Town of Winthrop Phase 2 Water System Upgrades to SR20 (Riverside Ave) and White Ave, including replacing 1,620 L.F. of existing 6 inch water main with a 12 inch water main, new service connections to water meters, replace meters and meter boxes where needed, extend new service stub to unserved parcels, replace and add new valves and fire hydrants as needed, and roadway restoration.
Town of Winthrop Phase 3 – 2014 Water System Upgrades, Horizon Flats Loop, including replacing 1,630 L.F. of existing 6 inch water main with an 8 inch water main, installing 900 L.F. of new 8 inch water main, upsizing 1,400 L.F. of existing 6 inch water main to 8 inch water main during a developer funded improvement, new service connections to water meters, replace meters and meter boxes where needed, extend new service stub to unserved parcels, replace and add new valves and fire hydrants as needed, and roadway restoration.
Proponent: Town of Winthrop, PO Box 459, Winthrop, WA 98862.Location of proposal, including street address, if any: The Phase 2 Project Area is located in the southwestern portion of the Town of Winthrop in section 02 of Township 34 North, Range 21 EWM. The construction trench will be in the west shoulder of SR20 (Riverside Ave) from MP 193.46 (intersection of Twin Lakes Road/White Ave) to MP 193.74 (distinctive line of boulders on east). The construction trench also continues in the south shoulder of White Ave from Norfolk Road to SR20.
The Phase 3 Project Area is located in the southwestern portion of the Town of Winthrop, in section 11 of Township 34 North, Range 21 EWM. The construction trench will be in the west and south shoulder of Horizon Flats Road from the south edge of the “North Valley Lumber” to the cul-de-sac at the south end of Horizon Flats Road. The construction trench will also travel east – downhill and cross county from Horizon Flats Road to complete a water loop in SR20.
Lead agency: Town of Winthrop.The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for the 15 days from the date below. Comments must be submitted by May 29, 2014.
