Lost River Winery’s 2013 Pinot Gris has been named one of 10 winning wines at the recent Pacific Coast Oyster Wine Competition, sponsored by Taylor Shellfish Farms in Shelton, Wash. Judges in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles blind-tasted wines from Washington, Oregon and California wineries, each with at least one Shigoku oyster, to find the perfect pairing. Lost River will host the official release of the 2013 Pinot Gris at its tasting rooms in Seattle and Winthrop on May 1.
