Okanogan County District Court

Shannon May Clay, 40, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to first-degree Negligent Driving. She was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $568.

Bradley Scott Peters, 23, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 334 suspended and fined a total of $1,636.

Tammy Marie Malgesini, 45, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving While License Suspended. She was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $818.

Jeffery Shawn Reed, 45, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $818.

Jason Paul Martins, 43, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to third-degree Theft. He was sentenced to 364 days with 354 suspended and fined a total of $863.37.

Okanogan County Superior Court

Wendy Joe Martin, 33, of Twisp, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was sentenced to 30 days and fined a total of $1,610.50.

The court found probable cause to charge Harvey Leroy Austin, 54, of Carlton, with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and second-degree Vehicle Prowl. Bail was set at $2,500.

Cody James Magruder, 27, of Winthrop, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. He was sentenced to four months and fined a total of $1,110.50.

Marriage Licenses

Jessica Lee Greenhalgh, 25, Twisp, and Joshua Oscar Caleb Kulsrud, 32, Twisp.

Hannah Elinore Wadland, 21, Winthrop, and Luis Alberto Perez, 23, Winthrop.
