TODD MADISON and ZEBULAR MADISON, Co-Trustees of the Sebanna Lee Madison Living Trust dated May 3, 2011, Plaintiff, -vs- MILES M. SCHINDELE; the ESTATE OF MILES M. SCHINDELE; and MILES M. SCHINDELE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated June 8, 1999; their heirs, successors and assigns; and ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the Estate of Miles M. Schindele and the Miles M. Schindele Revocable Living Trust dated June 8, 1999, or the real estate described in the complaint filed herein, Defendants.
The State of Washington to said Defendants: EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit: within sixty (60) days after the 9th day of April, 2014, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff, W. Scott DeTro of the Law Office of Callaway & DeTro PLLC at his address below stated; and in the case of your failure to do so, Judgment will be rendered against you according to the demands of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. The object of this action is to quiet title to real property in the name of Plaintiff, and described in the Complaint for Quiet Title filed herein.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. Notice is hereby given that a special public hearing will be held pursuant to RCW 70.44.060(6) on the 28th day of April, 2014, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the 2014 Amended Final Budget for Three Rivers Hospital . A copy of the budget is available by contacting Administrative Assistant Lesley Moore in Room 205 at Hillcrest House. Any interested person may present their comments by making oral or written comments at the time of the public hearing. The hearing shall be held in the Hillcrest Commons Area in the Administration Building of Three Rivers Hospital, located at 415 Hospital Way , Brewster , Washington , commencing at 4 p.m. on the date set forth above.

THRESHOLD DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE. PROPOSED ORDINANCE OPENING ATV ROUTES. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Okanogan County Department of Planning & Development, in conjunction with Okanogan County Public Works, has proposed an ordinance that would allow the operation of All Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s) on approx. 597.23 miles of existing county roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less.
The SEPA Responsible Official has prepared an Environmental Checklist and has issued a Threshold Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on this proposal in accordance with WAC 197-11-340. Comments regarding the threshold determination may be submitted in writing to the address listed below. Deadline for submitting comments regarding this threshold determination will be 5:00pm, May 2, 2014. Date of publishing is April 16, 2014.
A final environmental determination will be issued and a public hearing will be scheduled in front of the Okanogan Board of County Commissioners following the close of the SEPA comment period. Failure to comment on this threshold determination by the due date noted above may deny a party standing to appeal the final determination.
