Jess and Elyse Darwood of Carlton welcomed their baby girl, Harper Grace Darwood, on March 9 at 3:56 a.m. in Wenatchee. Harper weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21.25 inches long at birth. Her proud grandparents are Rick and Jan Fulcher of Winthrop and Steve Darwood and Mindy Miller of Carlton.
