LEGAL NOTICE

Notice of Adoption of Ordinance No. 663. (Town of Winthrop, Washington).

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Winthrop has adopted its Ordinance No. 663, which in summary, amends portions of the Winthrop Municipal Code Title 17, Zoning and Title 19, Administrative Procedures.

Said ordinance may be examined at the Winthrop Town Hall during regular business hours or a copy will be mailed upon request.

This notice is given by order of the Town Council and pursuant to R.C.W.

LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Winthrop is accepting sealed bids on the old metal building located at 312 Bluff Street, Winthrop, Washington. The structure and material must be fully removed within thirty days of bid acceptance. Bidder will be required to submit a $250.00 removal deposit upon bid acceptance.

Bid deposit is fully refundable once structure and all materials are removed. If structure and/or materials are not completely removed, deposit will be forfeited. Building is sold as is. No minimum bid. Sealed bids must be clearly marked and received by 3 pm on Wednesday, April 9, 2014. Payments must be in cash, money order or cashiers check, and received no later than April 16, 2014. Appointments may be made to view building by contacting Winthrop Town Hall during regular business hours.
