Hannah Weymuller, Cailin Chandler and Ali Palm represented the Loup Loup Alpine Ski Team at the U14 Buddy Werner Championships at Crystal Mountain last Friday through Sunday (March 14 – 16) and competed against 118 other girls from 20 teams around the region.

“Friday they raced Super Giant Slalom [Super G] followed by a skills test,” said coach Ingrid Patterson. “Saturday’s GS course was fast and steep, and Sunday Cailin Chandler rocked the slalom, finishing 12th.”

“The girls worked hard this season and brought it all together this weekend. It makes what we do so rewarding,” Patterson said.

The Loup Alpine Team’s last events of the season will be at the Bantam Cup at White Pass and the U16 Finals at Alpental on March 28 – 30.
