Amanda Taylor, daughter of Suzy Glassburn and granddaughter of Hugh and Janet Glassburn of Winthrop, is engaged to Garret Hammer, son of Roger and Anna Hammer of Twisp. Taylor is a former Methow Valley Rodeo queen. Hammer’s father is the president of the Methow Valley Rodeo Association. Taylor and Hammer currently reside in Elk, Wash. The wedding will be April 26 in Deer Park.
