William R. Dennis (Bill), age 77, of Coos Bay, Ore., was born April 14, 1936, in Lodi, Calif., and passed away on Nov. 5, 2013. He married Charlene Dennis on June 21, 1958; they were married 55 years.
Bill worked as a manager at Big Buck Ranch in Twisp for many years and was a brick mason by trade.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling and gardening. Bill was a big-hearted man who loved everyone he met and will be missed by many.
Bill is survived by his wife, Charlene; his children, Patrick (Sherri), Michael (Cara) and Karen Pocock (Wayne); his nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers.
Bill was preceded in death by his sons Kevin Dennis and Lee LaRosa.
At his request there will be no services. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
