Methow Valley Irrigation District Notice of Petition for Exclusion. Notice is hereby given that petitions for exclusion of land have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Methow Valley Irrigation District. The name of the petitioners, together with the land descriptions identified by the Okanogan County Assessor parcel numbers, to be excluded from the boundaries of the MVID in Okanogan County, State of Washington, are as follows: Parcel: 3322180090, .10 acres, Owner: Leone Edson. Parcel 3322270310, 2.36 acres, Owner: Terry & Sharon Warden, Parcel: 3322170314,1.50 acres, Owner: Cramer, John & Carrie.
All persons interested in or that may be affected by the change of the boundaries of the District are to appear at the Regular Meeting of the MVID on the 11th day of Nov., 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the River Bank Office in Twisp, WA to show cause in writing, if any they have, why the change of the boundaries of the District, as proposed in the petition, should not be made. The failure of any person interested in said District to show cause in writing why the tracts of land mentioned in said petition should not be excluded from the MVID shall be deemed and taken as an assent to such exclusion.

2014 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Winthrop, Washington, has prepared the Town Budget for fiscal year 2014. Public hearing upon said budget will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the hour of 7:05 p.m. in the back room (Hen House) of the Winthrop Barn, 51 SR20.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place.
Written comments must be received by the time of hearing in order to be considered. All persons requiring assistance in accessing the Winthrop Barn are requested to contact Town Hall at 996-2320 at least one day prior to the hearing.
Said proposed budget is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 206 Riverside Avenue, and may be examined there during regular business hours or can be mailed upon request by calling Town Hall at (509)996-2320.

NOTICE OF MEETING. The Three Rivers Hospital Board of Directors will be holding a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 from 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is for continuing education and will be held in the Meeting Room at The Douglas Okanogan County Fire District 15 Fire Hall, 191 Industrial Way, Pateros, Washington. Board members, senior hospital staff and guest speakers will be participating. No meeting will be convened and no hospital business will be conducted by the board at this meeting.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING. Notice is hereby given that a special board meeting will be held on the 12th day of November, 2013, from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. for the purpose of discussing affiliations and mergers for Three Rivers Hospital. An executive session per RCW 42.30.110 (2) will be convened. The special board meeting will be held in the Meeting Room at The Douglas Okanogan County Fire District 15 Fire Hall, 191 Industrial Way, Pateros, Washington.
