Hillary Ketcham and Roscoe Roseland of Carlton announce the birth of their son, Walter Woodstock Roseland, at 2:49 a.m. on July 24, 2013. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 21 inches long at birth.
Walter is welcomed by his grandparents Sam Ketcham of Twisp, Tom Ketcham of Vermont, Wendy Roseland of Carlton and Robert Roseland of Twisp. He is the first grandchild to both sides of the family.
Walter is also welcomed by his uncles Sam and Tim Roseland of Carlton.
