The Methow Conservancy is offering several activities through the end of September. They include:
• A sausage making class on Saturday (Sept. 21) from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Cost is $35 including materials and space is limited. Participants need to bring a cutting board, a sharp knife and a mixing bowl.
• A field trip to Chelan Ridge to watch the hawk migration, led by project manager Kent Woodruff and other raptor experts, on Tuesday (Sept. 24) from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The trip is free but registration is required and the group will be limited to 12 people.
• The annual Cider Squeeze and Social on Sept. 28 from 2-4 p.m. at the Sabold home near Winthrop. The Rivertown Ramblers will perform at the free event.
