Michael is welcombed by his grandparents Penny Tobiska and Larry Tobiska of Wenatchee and Venita Tibbits and Michael Tibbits of Pittsburg, N.H., and his great-grandma Sally Percy of Stowe, Vermont.
Michael joins siblings Phoenix and Lucinda.
