Neil and Kelli Rotstan joyfully announce the arrival of their daughter Emilia Piper Rotstan, lovingly placed in their arms on May 15, 2013. She was born April 11, 2013 at Sacred Heart hospital in Spokane and weighed 7 pounds.
Emilia is welcomed by her local Mazama grandparents Linda and Tom Thompson and Diana Prince and Mike Shirley, and also by her California grandparents Brady and Patsy Summers and Robert and Ilene Rotstan.
