The four make up Cross Country Cyclists for Veterans of Atascadero, Cal., a team that intends to ride 3,700 miles across the United States to raise money and awareness for wounded Marines and other veterans. “Riding light” the first 10-12 days thanks to Carrie Foldberg in the support van, the team will start hauling 60- to 70-pound trailers from Kalispell, Mont. to Yorktown, Va.
