Twisp chamber meets
The Twisp Chamber of Commerce’s monthly membership meeting will be on July 25 at TwispWorks. The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. for a 45-minute tour of the campus, followed by lunch provided by Suekii Cornwall of Winthrop Tipi Dinners. Cost is $10. Email twispchamber@gmail.com to RSVP.
Local milk now on shelves
Milk from the East County Road Creamery will be available at local retailers starting this week. Because it is not homogenized, the milk can be shaken to blend it, or the cream can be skimmed off the top.
The dairy is selling whole milk in half-gallons at Glover Street Market, the Crown S Ranch store and the Mazama Store, and is in discussions with other area retailers.
